You have already done the hard part – you showed up.

Let's take the next step together.

Reaching out is brave.

Whether you know exactly what you are looking for or you are not sure where to start, I am here to help you figure it out. The first step is simply saying hello.

Ready to start? Reach out today and I’ll get back to you within 1-2 business days, often sooner.

What To Expect

After you reach out, we will schedule a free 15-minute consultation call. This is a chance for you to share a little about what is bringing you to therapy, ask any questions you have, and get a feel for whether we are a good fit. There is no pressure and no commitment required.

Location & Availability

I offer in-person therapy in Rocklin, CA and virtual therapy across California and Hawaii. I welcome clients from Sacramento, Rocklin, Lincoln, Folsom, and surrounding communities.

What happens in the first session?

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and talk about what to expect. I’ll ask what brought you to therapy, a little about your history, and what you’re hoping to get out of our work together. You don’t need to have it all figured out beforehand, and there’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready to. My goal is simple: that you leave feeling heard and safe, and confident you made the right call by reaching out.

Do you offer a free consultation?

Yes. I offer a free 15-minute consultation call before we begin. This is a chance to ask questions, share a little about what is bringing you to therapy, and get a feel for whether we are a good fit. There is no commitment required.

Do you accept insurance?

I do not accept insurance, but many clients are able to get some of their session fees reimbursed. I’ll provide a superbill with the information your insurance company needs, and you can submit it for out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, so it’s worth calling your insurer to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits before we begin.

Freedom is becoming your truest self – and letting go of the rest. That journey starts here.
