You do not have to keep carrying this alone.
About Becoming You Therapy
I became a therapist because I believe in the profound human capacity to heal — not just to cope, but to genuinely transform.
I have sat with people in their darkest moments and watched them find their way back to a freer version of themselves. It is the greatest honor of my career.
My approach is grounded in the belief that every part of you makes sense. The anxiety, the perfectionism, the walls you have built, the numbness, the anger — none of it is a flaw. It is a story. And every story deserves to be heard with care.
I specialize in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) — approaches that work not just with your thoughts, but with your nervous system, your history, and the deeper parts of you that have been waiting to be seen.
Who I Work With
I work with adults who are ready to do the deeper work — people who have tried to manage on their own and are ready for something more. My clients include:
- Trauma survivors healing from childhood, relational, or situational trauma
- People living with anxiety, depression, or both
- High achievers and perfectionists exhausted by impossible standards
- Military service members, veterans, and their families
- First Responders
- Fellow therapists navigating their own perfectionism, burnout, compassion fatigue, and vicarious trauma
- Anyone who senses there is more to life than just getting through it
My Approach
I work from a trauma-informed, parts-based foundation. That means I do not just look at your symptoms — I look at the whole story behind them. I bring warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for your pace into every session. And I use two powerful, evidence-based approaches: Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).
Location & Availability
I offer in-person therapy in Rocklin, CA and virtual therapy across California and Hawaii. I welcome clients from Sacramento, Rocklin, Lincoln, Folsom, and surrounding communities.
Healing is not linear. Strength is not always visible. And making it through another day, another hour, another moment — that is bravery in its most honest form. Let's work on this together.
